VeggieDoc — Terms of Service (EULA)

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and CS Analytics LLC, a United States limited liability company operated from Türkiye ("we", "us", "our"), governing your use of the VeggieDoc mobile application ("the App"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License to Use

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the rules of the app store you downloaded it from.

3. The Service

VeggieDoc uses artificial intelligence to diagnose plant and leaf diseases from photos you take, and then provides organic and chemical treatment plans and care guides. To produce a diagnosis, your submitted photo is processed by a third-party AI provider (Plant.id, operated by Kindwise s.r.o.), as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal

VeggieDoc is offered on a freemium basis. You receive one (1) free scan. Continued use of diagnosis features requires a paid subscription.

• Auto-renewing subscription: Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account and renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel.
• When you are charged: Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase and at each renewal.
• Renewal timing: Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price of the selected plan.
• How to cancel: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device settings — App Store → Apple ID → Subscriptions or Google Play → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Prices may vary by country and are shown to you before purchase.

5. Free Trial Terms

• We offer a 3-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the trial automatically converts to a paid, auto-renewing subscription and your store account is charged.
• You may cancel during the trial via your device settings to avoid being charged.
• No refund is provided for any unused portion of a free trial period when you subscribe, in accordance with the app store's policies.

6. Payments via App Stores

All payments are processed by Apple or Google through your store account. We never see or store your payment card data. Billing, refunds, and payment disputes are subject to the terms and policies of the relevant app store.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of plants, crops, profits, or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including any reliance on AI-generated suggestions. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except as permitted by law;
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems;
• Upload content you do not have the right to submit, or content that is harmful or infringing.

10. Affiliate Links

The App may display affiliate product suggestions (for example, gardening supplies). If you make a purchase via these links, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Such purchases take place on external third-party websites governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for those websites, their products, or your transactions with them. Affiliate suggestions are optional and provided for convenience only.

11. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time (Settings → Delete account). We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the App and its users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will survive.

12. Governing Law

CS Analytics LLC is established in the United States and operates from Türkiye. These Terms are governed by applicable law as it relates to the company's establishment and operations, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you in your country of residence are not affected by this clause.

13. Apple App Store — Additional Terms

The following terms apply if you download the App from the Apple App Store ("Licensed Application End User License Agreement" minimum terms):

• These Terms are concluded between you and CS Analytics LLC only, and not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
• Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support services for the App.
• In the event the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App, including product liability, legal/regulatory non-conformity, and consumer protection claims.
• Apple is not responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, or discharge of any third-party intellectual property infringement claim relating to the App.
• You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not on any U.S. Government restricted-parties list.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, upon your acceptance, will have the right to enforce these Terms against you.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the App. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
